State-specific · Hawaii module

Built for Hawaii — not a UBE bootcamp.

01 · questions only HBBE examiners ask

HI-only essay pool + Day-1 PM MPT-equivalent.

Haw. Rev. Stat. ch. 580 / 571 / 560 / 557 / 657 / 415; Haw. Const. art. I § 7 (state search-and-seizure overlay per Mafa v. State); Haw. R. Civ. P.; Haw. R. Crim. P. 9; Haw. R. Evid. 803(b)(6); HRPC. Day-1 PM is an MPT-equivalent scoring component, NOT the UBE MPT.

02 · essay patterns HI graders reward

Cite Haw. Rev. Stat. § X-Y first.

Source-first IRAC: Haw. Rev. Stat. § X-Y, then Haw. Const. art. I § 7, then Haw. R. / Haw. R. Evid. / HRPC. Haw. R. Evid. cites the FRE number Hawaii adopted — graders read the Hawaii-form citation, not the FRE label.

03 · AI grading calibrated to HI scoring

HBBE 1–5 scale per-axis rubric.

Issue-spotting · HI-authority spot-check · HI-rule statement · IRAC application · per-issue conclusion — scored on the same axes the Hawaii Board of Bar Examiners readers use, with HRPC clusters scored on the Hawaii Rules (not ABA Model).

04 · paced calendar dedicated to HI

13-week schedule for the HBE.

Two-Day HBE (Feb / July); per-week block cadence sized for working and repeat candidates, with Hawai‘i-Family-Law equitable distribution + Haw. R. Evid. / Haw. R. Crim. P. weeks called out, not bolted on.

A desk lamp beside stacked books with a window in soft afternoon light.

Hawaii bar prep, in three frames — the hawaii state capitol building framed by a flowering tree in honolulu; rows of leather-bound law books on dark wood library shelves; and a study desk for the late-afternoon run.

Hawaii module · $499

One bundle. Four HBE slices.

Hawaii runs the HBE — its own bar exam, not the UBE. The Hawaii module is written for that: an HBE essay outline anchored to Haw. Rev. Stat. + Haw. Const. + Haw. R. Civ. P. + Haw. R. Crim. P. + Haw. R. Evid. + HRPC, an HI-tuned MBE + essay drill slice, a 3-month strategy with a 13-week calendar, and an MPT-equivalent Day-1-PM workspace anchored to Hawaii authorities — unbundled nowhere else.

The Hawaii module ships at the same $499 one-time pricing as the California, Louisiana, Florida, and Mississippi modules. After Stripe confirms your purchase, access opens online and stays live until your window closes — instant, no shipment, no handoff.

Already paid? Paste your Stripe session id or the email you used at checkout in the Find Access card on the right. The handle routes you back to the same slice pages without re-buying.

What you get

The four HBE slices, on one page.

The Hawaii module consolidates the already-built HBE essay outline, Hawaii-tuned MBE + essay drill slice, study strategy + 13-week calendar, and MPT-equivalent workspace into a single purchase. Each slice links to its bundled content, gated behind your window.

Slice 01 · HBE essays + outline

Day 1 AM · HBE essay outline
A long-form essay outline anchored to the Hawaii sources the HBBE essay graders read for — Haw. Rev. Stat. ch. 580 (divorce + family courts), ch. 571 (custody), ch. 560 + ch. 557 (probate + trust code), ch. 657 (real property), ch. 415 (business associations), Haw. Const. art. I § 7 (state search-and-seizure source), Haw. R. Civ. P., Haw. R. Crim. P., Haw. R. Evid., and HRPC.

A bank tagged across all 7 MBE subjects with Hawaii overlays — Haw. Rev. Stat. § 657-31 (20-year adverse possession with tax-payment element), Haw. Const. art. Hawaii citation form + Hawaii Family Courts weeks 1–3; full mixed-Hawaii essay week 5; MBE pacing weeks 6–8; MPT-equivalent rep weeks 9–11; final sprint week 12; exam-eve week 13.

Hawaii Board of Bar Examiners · admission

What every Hawaii candidate has to clear before sitting.

The four administrative facts every Hawaii candidate needs — sourced to the Hawaii Board of Bar Examiners (HBBE), the Rules of the Supreme Court of Hawaii (RSCH), and the Hawaii Rules of Professional Conduct (HRPC). This is the statutory ground the module is written on top of, not a marketing pitch.

01 · administrator

Hawaii Board of Bar Examiners (HBBE)

Bar admission is administered by the Hawaii Board of Bar Examiners acting under the authority of the Supreme Court of Hawaii and the Rules of the Supreme Court of Hawaii (RSCH). The HBBE processes applications, administers the HBE on the last Tuesday of February and the last Wednesday of July, and certifies admissions.

02 · eligibility

JD from an ABA-approved law school (or RSCH LLM alternative)

A JD from an ABA-approved law school is the default eligibility path under the RSCH. The HBBE also accepts the foreign-trained LLM alternative for applicants who complete an RSCH-approved LLM program from an ABA-approved U.S. law school.

03 · the bar exam

Two-day HBE, Feb & July · 6 essays + MPT-equivalent + 200 MBE

Day 1 AM: six 30-minute HBE essays (3 hours). Day 1 PM: an MPT-equivalent scoring component (90 minutes). Day 2 AM: 200-question multistate MBE (6 hours, two 3-hour sessions). The HBE components blend with the MBE for the pass/no-pass determination under HBBE-published rules.

04 · MPRE + HRPC

MPRE scaled ≥ 85 + HRPC + post-admission CLE

The MPRE scaled ≥ 85 is required within the eligibility window under the RSCH. The Hawaii Rules of Professional Conduct (HRPC) govern ethical practice post-admission. Post-admission CLE is the published Hawaii Bar Association annual cycle, including the jurisdiction-specific professional-responsibility requirement.

Hawaii module · FAQ

The four questions buyers ask before purchasing.

These are the questions Hawaii candidates ask before pulling the trigger. The first two are about scope; the second two are about mechanics.

What does the Hawaii module include?

Four slices — a Day-1-AM HBE essay outline anchored to Haw. Rev. Stat. + Haw. Const. + Haw. R. Civ. P. + Haw. R. Crim. P. + Haw. R. Evid. + HRPC, a Day-2-AM Hawaii-tuned MBE bank, a 3-month strategy with a 13-week calendar, and an MPT-equivalent Day-1-PM workspace anchored to Hawaii authorities — plus the five-guide library and an academic-content list (12 essay prompts sized for the HBE cycle). The purchase unlocks every slice for the duration of your access window.

Why is Hawaii structured as a flagship non-UBE module?

Hawaii runs the Hawaii Bar Examination (HBE) — its own two-day Feb/July administration administered by the Hawaii Board of Bar Examiners (HBBE). The exam includes six 30-minute Day-1 AM essays on the HBBE-published topic pool, an MPT-equivalent Day-1 PM scoring component (90 minutes), the multistate MBE on Day 2 AM (200 questions), and the Day-1 components blend with the MBE for the pass/no-pass determination. Every Hawaii-flavored question must be anchored to Hawaii authorities: Haw. Rev. Stat. §, Haw. Const. art., Haw. R. Civ. P., Haw. R. Crim. P., Haw. R. Evid., and the HRPC. The module matches that — every essay example names the Hawaii source, every MBE overlay points to a Hawaii authority, and the MPT-equivalent workspace remaps the 90-minute time budget to Haw. Rev. Stat. + Haw. R. Civ. P. + Haw. R. Evid. + HRPC instead of the multistate equivalents.

How does the price match the rest of the modules?

The Hawaii module ships at the same $499 one-time pricing as the California, Louisiana, Florida, and Mississippi modules — one barcode, one price, one access window. No separate essay SKU; the bundle is the slice. Pricing is sourced from the deployed StateModule row, so the live amount follows the same authoritative source.

How do I find the public preview before buying?

The /hawaii page lists every slice + the 5-guide library + the HBE administration block + the FAQ; clicking a slice CTA opens the bundled slice in the public preview. After purchase, the gated /module/hawaii surface unlocks the same slices, your handle resolved against the Stripe session id or email, and your access window begins. Stripe-handle identity-gate keeps the slices reachable from any device.

What's the refund policy if my HBE sitting gets cancelled or I can't sit?

The full refund terms ship in the post-purchase confirmation email — that document specifies the window in days, the small Stripe processing deduction, and the consumption cap (the percent of bundled slices you can view before the refund window closes). If you can't find that email, reply to barstudyprep@polsia.app with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend the terms and start a refund request in the same thread.
