The Massachusetts module, written for the BBE.
Massachusetts adopts the Uniform Bar Examination and ships it twice a year through the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the Massachusetts Board of Bar Examiners. The four pieces below (M.G.L. essay outline, MA-tuned MBE bank, MPT workspace, 90-day study cycle) are now live as a public preview alongside California, Florida, and Louisiana.
The pricing equivalent matches California, Florida, and Louisiana at $499 one-time. For now, every page below is free to read and drill. We will not charge anything from this preview.

MA-specific essay topics
The two Massachusetts authorities every BBE essay reads from.
Massachusetts essays draw from a small set of MA-only authorities that have no multistate analog. The two below are the ones every candidate should be able to write down cold before sitting the BBE — one statutory, one professional-conduct.
Statutory
M.G.L. c. 156D · c. 190B · c. 208 · c. 209C · c. 184
Professional conduct
BBE cadence · Feb & July
A 90-day Massachusetts bar plan, anchored to the BBE cycle.
The BBE ships twice a year — February and July. The 90-day cycle in the Massachusetts module is anchored to either administration: Phase 1 authority read, Phase 2 drills, Phase 3 calibration, Phase 4 sprint — with the uneven-day recovery rule that fits a working or repeat candidate, not a full-time student.
Phase 1–2 · read + drills
Phase 3–4 · calibration + sprint
Module pieces
Four pieces. Massachusetts edition.
The Massachusetts module mirrors the four-piece shape California, Florida, and Louisiana shipped with — an M.G.L. essay outline, an MA-tuned MBE bank, the MPT workspace, and a study-guide library keyed to the BBE cycle.

Massachusetts module · FAQ
The questions Massachusetts candidates ask us.
These are the questions the MA candidates ask before purchase. The first three are about scope and timing; the next three are about mechanics.
Is the Massachusetts module available for purchase yet?
Massachusetts is a public preview, like California, Florida, and Louisiana. The four pieces above are live and free to use. Purchase opens when module enrollment goes live; pricing will match California, Florida, and Louisiana at $499 one-time.
When does Massachusetts administer the BBE?
Massachusetts runs the Massachusetts Bar Examination twice a year — in February and July. The 90-day study cycle in the module is anchored to either administration. The same cycle works whether the candidate is sitting Feb or July; only the date stamps change.
Why is Massachusetts different from California, Florida, and Louisiana?
California and Louisiana are UBE jurisdictions. Florida runs the FBBE. Massachusetts adopts the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE) and administers it twice yearly through the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the Massachusetts Board of Bar Examiners. The Massachusetts module ships the M.G.L.-tuned MBE bank, the Massachusetts essay topics (Family Law under M.G.L. c. 208/209C, Uniform Probate Code under M.G.L. c. 190B, Mass. Business Corp. Act under M.G.L. c. 156D, M.G.L. c. 184 conveyances, Mass. RPC), the MPT workspace, and a 90-day calendar against the BBE cycle.
Does the MBE bank reflect MA-specific overlays?
Yes. Every MBE question in the MA bank is anchored in the multistate rules; where the Massachusetts General Laws, the Massachusetts Constitution, the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure, or the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct (Mass. Sup. Jud. Ct. R. 3:07) diverge, the rationale includes an MA overlay explaining the divergence. Candidates can drill the multistate baseline, then return for the MA-specific pass once a question is missed.
Does the Massachusetts bar include the MPT?
Yes. The Massachusetts Bar Examination is a two-day UBE-format exam: Day 1 is the Multistate Performance Test (MPT) morning session plus the Multistate Essay Examination (MEE) afternoon session, totaling 6 MEE essays plus 2 MPT tasks; Day 2 is the 200-question multistate MBE. The MPT workspace in this module is calibrated to that Day 1 morning slot — task-model skeleton, time budget, and past prompts keyed to Massachusetts-specific topics (M.G.L. c. 190B UPC elective share; M.G.L. c. 208 § 34 dissolution; M.G.L. c. 156D § 8.30 director fiduciary duty).
Is the MPT template graded by an AI?
No. The MPT page is a workspace — it shows the task-model skeleton, time budget, and a small library of past prompts with sample solution scaffold. Candidates compare their draft against the scaffold, not against an AI grade.
